PT SLP Surya Ticon Internusa is founded in 2015 and specialized in conducting development, lease and management of warehouses and factories in Indonesia. It is a Joint Venture company under PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (“SSIA"), Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui") and TICON Industrial Connection PLC (“TICON”). Under the joint venture agreement, SLP through its subsidiary will acquire a 22 hectares land area including existing buildings from PT Suryacipta Swadaya, a wholly owned subsidiary of SSI, which located at Suryacipta Technopark (“Technopark”), in Suryacipta City of Industry, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia.

TCP developed Tanjung Mas Raya housing with an area of 37 hectares located in South Jakarta. Tanjung Mas Raya is a residential area consisting of upper middle class residential and commercial area. Today, the residential area has sold out with 1.7 hectares of land left. There is no planned expansion for Tanjung Mas Raya.
