Corporate Secretary’s mission is to support the creation of a good corporate image consistently and continuously through effective management of communication program aimed at all stakeholders. Corporate Secretary’s main functions in assisting the Board of Directors in performing its tasks are acting as a liaison officer (public relations/corporate communication) and institution relations, implementing GCG, and administering policy documents and minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors. As of December 31st, 2016, the position of Corporate Secretary was held by Mr. Herman Gunadi. Corporate Secretary provides regular reports on the implementation of his duties and responsibilities to the Board of Directors as well as the execution of other tasks in order to assist the implementation of the Board of Directors’ duties. The change in Corporate Secretary official last occurred in 2015 in accordance with the Board of Directors Decree set forth in PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk Circular Decree in lieu of Board of Directors Meeting No. 01/KEP.DIR-SSI/V/2015 dated May 5th, 2015, and had been submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority through Corporate Letter No.Reg.:043L/JSU-TJT/V/2015 dated May 5th, 2015 on Notice Concerning Change in Corporate Secretary. The Change in Corporate Secretary Official was part of the Company’s compliance with FSA Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary of Public Company Article 3, paragraph 3, which stipulates that the Corporate Secretary is prohibited from holding any position at other Listed or Public Companies.
