He served as President Director of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk since tahun 2009 and President Director of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”) from June 2012 to 2014. Before serving as President Director of BUMA, he served as President Commissioner of BUMA from 2011 to 2012, and as Vice President Commissioner from 2009 to 2010. Before occupying those aforementioned posts, he served as President Director of PT United Tractors Tbk in1999-2007 and as Commissioner in 2007-2009. He also served as President Commissioner in 2001-2004 and as Commissioner in 1998-2001 at Berau Coal. He served as Commissioner and member of the Board of Commissioner in a number of companies such as PT Pamapersada Nusantara (“PAMA”) in 1997-2007, PT Toyota Astra Motor (2000-2002), PT Komatsu Indonesia (1998-2001), PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (1998-2000), and PT Astra Graphia Indonesia Tbk. (1999-2002). He also served as Director of PT Astra International Tbk from 1992 to 2001. Indonesian citizen, 86 years old. Serving as Vice President Commissioner in accordance with the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated January 5th, 2016. He obtained his PhD degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He started his career as Deputy Chairman of the National Development Planning Board (Bappenas) from 1968 to 1971. He was subsequently appointed as Minister of State for State Apparatus Empowerment and Deputy Chairman of the Bappenas in 1971–1973, Minister of Transport, Telecommunication and Tourism in 1973–1978, Minister for Population and Environment in 1978–1983, Member of the National Commission of Human Rights (Komnas HAM) in 1998-2003, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2001-2002, Member of the Indonesian Government Board and Chairman of the National Economic Board in 2000-2004, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam and Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction’s Supervisory Board in 2005-2009, Member of Bandung Institute of Technology’s Trustee Assembly in 2001-2006, Member of Economic Science Development and the Indonesian Economist Association (ISEI) in 2006-2009, Member of the University of Indonesia’s Trustee Assembly in 2007-2012, Member of the Presidential Advisory Council in 2007-2009, and Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council doubling as Environment and Economic member in 2010–Oktober 2014. Serving as Professor of Environmental Science Postgraduate Program at the University of Indonesia since 1995 and Member of the Indonesian Science Academy since 2005. He also serves as Chairman of the Environmental Science Postgraduate Program’s Lecturers Peer Group at the University of Indonesia as well as Lecturer at University of Indonesia’s Economic Faculty.

Ltd in 1970–1977, Director of PT Town & City Properties (TCP) in 1977–1993, Director of PT Suryalaya Anindita International (SAI) in 1983–1998, President Director of PT Multi Investments Ltd. in 1993-1996, Vice President Commissioner in 1996-2001, and Commissioner of PT Suryalaya Anindita International in 1998-2013. He is currently serving as Commissioner of PT Siti Swadaya Permai and PT Jasa Semesta Utama, Vice President Commissioner of PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Suryalaya Anindita International, PT TCP Internusa, PT Suryacipta Swadaya, PT Sitiagung Makmur, PT Ungasan Semesta Resort, PT Surya Internusa Hotels, PT Surya Internusa Properi, PT Karsa Sedaya Sejahtera, PT BATIQA Hotel Manajemen, PT Surya Citra Propertindo, PT Karsa Semesta Prima and PT Enercon Paradhya International. He began his career working as Civil Engineer at Wilhelm & Barelli Structural Engineering, Los Angeles, in 1980-1982, Structural Engineer at PT Califa Pratama, subsidiary of the Duta Anggada Group in 1982-1986, Director of PT Sinar Putra Perdana Raya, Consulting & Contracting Firm in 1987-2003, Director of TCP Internusa and PT Sitiagung Makmur (SAM) in 2004-2009, and Director of PT Ungasan Semesta Resort (USR) in 2006-2009. Currently he also serves as Director of PT Union Sampoerna and President Director of PT Union Sampoerna Triputra Persada since 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, USA, in 1979, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, USA, in 1981.

He began his career at PT Dianlia Setyamukti, mining contractor company in 1996 as Financial Analyst. In the year 1997, he continued his career at PT Bank Universal Tbk and continued to serve at this company until the year of 2003 with the last position as Senior Manager for Corporate Marketing. He is founder PT Persada Capital in 2003. PT Persada Capital is an investment holding company with business focus on hospital, contractor, real estate and investment.

Danish citizen, 68 years old. Appointed as Commissioner in accordance with the Resolution of the AGMS dated June 20th, 2007. He previously worked at IBM as Computer Sales Executive in 1975-1980. In 1980, he established Primotex Limited, a company with subsidiaries spread across Sweden, Finland, Poland, Lithuania, China, and Hongkong. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1971 and MBA from Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University, in 1972.
